ABOUT THE SPA
Spa Naturel is a private appointment only day spa
connected to our retail store. We are unfortunately at this time not able to take in walk-in appointments. All clients will need to book an appointment in advance to have a service done.
CANCELLATION
POLICY
We recognize that everyone’s time is valuable therefore we greatly appreciate a 24 hour cancellation notice for ALL appointments. When you book an appointment with us we set that time and service provider aside just for you.

If a cancellation is made with less than 24 hours notice, a fee of 50% of the booked service will be charged prior to booking any future appointments.

If you simply do not-show to a booked appointment, a payment of 50% of the booked service is required prior to booking any future appointments.

If you do not-show and do not call, you may be denied booking future appointments.

Promotional gift vouchers or promotional gift cards may not be used as cancelation fee payment.
